Teachers’ attitude could be a challenge for embracing the LCE in my country. Some teachers are stuck in their ways, and are not willing to change, some will not embrace change easily especially when they are convinced that their method is working because the children are passing the test/exam which is the focus, not seeing the struggles the learners must endure to get to that point.

I say, only with training and proper supervision can we get all teachers on board, not so much ECCE, because some these teachers especially those in the Government run have implemented this policy in their teaching and learning in some way or the other, I am really talking about the private ECCE Centres. primary and secondary to hop aboard the LCE train.  However, the training and proper supervision must not adapt the left of the continuum principles but rather the principles on the right, in my country there is an old saying” what’s good for the goose is good for the gander”.
