I haven't heard of any officially accepted research data policy in my institution, but I could see the practices being established in the individual labs and the Principal Investigators make it sure that the data published is true and consent oriented. Also, I could see some of the practices that were not ethical but wasn't sure should raise a voice or not as I was just a Master's student, and even if I wanted to raise a voice I wasn't sure what would be the correct way to do it. If anyone know how to report a malpractice, please let me know. I would also like to read literature regarding the same, any links for this please post it in the discussion of this particular post.
