I like how the teacher in the English class began her activity by involving all children  using  group  work , while they worked, she did not stood in the front of  class but walked around to observed, asks questions in their mother tongue to test their understanding of the English instruction . She also brainstormed to observed what they understood before moving on.

She was flexible because she switches their roles to ensure all took part, as well asking questions and accepting the answers in their mother tongue although she was teaching them English.

Self esteem was reflected by praising the boy for his answer and allowing him to answer in Hindi, allowing him  to write using his foot and accepting him just as he was and these actions build self-esteem.
