If you mean this MOOC, I think that it is helpful for every person who is going to participate in MOOC courses. How to make your participation in a given MOOC more effective and rewarding is really important issue. 

The feathures of MOOCs (making them different from all other elearning offers) require specific set of digital skills do be developed - improved so the participants to be maximum effective online. This is one of the accents of this course.

I find this course as a good starting point for all who are going to start their MOOC experience but also for those who want to learn how to make their participation in such kind of training more efficient for their personal and professional development.
