Session 7: Creating my action plan
In Sessions 5 and 6 you have been looking at how to start working towards your goals. You may already have an idea of where you want to get to and what difficulties you may face. You have taken an overview of your circumstances and possible constraints, as well as what aspects of your life might help you achieve what you want to do.
If you are still undecided about your ultimate goal you may want to revisit one of the earlier sections as reflection is an ongoing process without deadlines!
In this session you will start to think about what your first or next step towards your goal will be and where you can find the information and support you need.
