Participants’ competency development will be assessed through short questionnaires completed at the end of each module. These assessments will help monitor learning progress, measure competency improvement, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training. They will provide a clear overview of participants’ development throughout the course.

Upon completion of the course, participants will complete a final evaluation questionnaire to reflect on their learning experience and assess how the knowledge, skills, and competencies acquired can support their future professional and entrepreneurial careers.
