This free course, Human Resource Management and EDI, will highlight why equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are key for the practice of Human Resource Management (HRM) today. This includes the promotion of the following dimensions in the workplace: fairness and equity, diversity and innovation, talent management, and legal compliance. Furthermore, this course will also show HR professionals how to embed EDI in the workplace, especially through HR policies and training.
I really enjoyed this course, as someone who is neurodiverse, I sometimes loose focus but this course had me engaged to the point I didn't need or want a break. I have leant so much from this. Really glad I did this.
