My drive to become an OU tutor

Hi all,

Teaching is something I have always had a keen interest in. Some of the most influential people in my life have been teachers and college tutors.

The opportunity to help shape a persons development and watch them grow has always been a great vocation.

Over my 20+ years working in Technology and management, I have gained a lot of experience, and I have always taken the opportunity to mentor and coach whenever I can.

So passing on my skills and knowledge is one way I can contribute to society and that is why I want to be an OU Associate Lecturer.
