Victoria Nicholas is the Associate Dean (Four Nations and Tuition Delivery) in the STEM Faculty, a role that includes strategic responsibility for appropriate tutor staffing and tutor management, and for tutor staff development on STEM modules. She is also a tutor on the Science: concepts and practice module. 

Before becoming Associate Dean, Vic was a Staff Tutor in the School of Environment, Earth and Ecosystem Sciences. Her scholarship work focuses on online group work and tutor support for Students in Secure Environments (SiSE).
