What is appealing about the Tutor Role?

I have been teaching in a secondary setting since 2011, in that time, I have Governed schools, examined scripts and moderated course work, developed my subject area at middle leader level, and now leading whole school improvement and raising the quality of education. I have been tutoring privately for around 4 years, and I often get opporutnities to tutor students at undergraduate level. Their context and learning interests me, and this is something I would like to pursue further.
