I always follow the Supported Open Learning framework in my teaching approaches, even before joining the OU. I'm flexible and committed to my flexible hours, during which I can schedule a weekly online meeting with my students to address their questions and help them improve their study skills. My materials and teaching methods are inclusive, incorporating mini-groups, interactive quizzes, and techniques that enhance the delivery of my teaching materials for specific types of students. I am especially supportive of students who are away from home, families, or those having difficulties in learning. I always encourage my students to socialize with each other by assigning them to regional forums.
