The need for OpenAccess

Despite accessing journals through University portals, often the journals were still not in full. For members of the public, without this access, it is really discouraging for them to read journals as they won't be able to access the full text. The training to search in portals to achieve the most focused results is limited, often bringing irrelevant articles in view. Accessible training to help search for relevant results is important.

To my point of view, it is important to have Open Access journals, especially in specific fields of Medicine. In my practice during conducting PhD research I've experienced lack of information in an open access concerning my field of research interest.
