Accessing Research Articles

Accessing scholarly literature is a big problem. Sometimes, when we find a good article abstract from google, we are not able to get the full article as the institute does not have access to that journal. Then we have to check with colleagues in other institutes who has access to that particular journal in order to get the full article (or in some cases, we never get to access the article at all). Its really very frustrating and time consuming. Thus, I strongly believe that all journals should have open access.
Also, there must not be any limitation of words and figures in journals so that some important facts and figures does not get eliminated just because of word or space limitation. This can be done if all the journals publish electronic issue rather than hard copies.
