I recently did a literature review and of over 900,000 articles identified from my search, more than half of these were eliminated as the free full article was not available. 

It just makes me wonder after going through the effort, time, commitment and probably a few hiccups along the way, why not publish your work as more than likely the people who come across and wanting to read it, will be those interested/involved in that area.
