LCE and Education population and time frame.

LCE is quiet a solution to exclusion of learners and it also proved effective in identifying and providing workable solution, but the population of learners and the time allocated for lesson are of serious concern. Huge amount of time must be sacrificed for LCE if it were to be adopted in conventional classes as that of the public schools, where a class can be up to a twice hundred.
