Activity 1.3

It was a pity for Frederik Haga to leave school because of his blindness. If braille was not available, Haga could still be in school to learn through listening to the teachers and students. He could be put in a group for students to read note to him and for Haga to contribute in discussions.

The story of Senzo clearly showed how the teacher adjusted teaching to meet Senzo's learning needs. The teacher found out that Senzo cannot do writing due to underdeveloped fine motor skills. As a result the teacher prepared exercises to help such as free hand writing, play dough exercises, tearing and pasting to strengthen fine motor skills. I think the teacher did a great support for Senzo
