There are many challenges presented by LCE which are relevant in my context. One of them is minimal preparation, for instance, expecting teachers to change their long standing practices through a short intervention or workshop.

I think workshops should be those that gradually give skills and knowledge little by little, and not be once off workshop. in addition to this, education institutional managers should sustain the provision of teaching resources to teachers.
