Observant

struggling with understanding the lesson and assigns helpers from among other
student – peer support.

Flexible
The teacher encouraged older students to work
in groups while attending to younger students.
The teacher used home languages – three types - for younger
students to aid their understanding.
When the teacher is confused about what a student has said, he
asks other students to explain to him the teacher.
Raising
self esteem
The
teacher encourages the students to work together, creating a collaborative
atmosphere and thereby not leaving any behind

teacher breaks tasks into smaller activities and allow students to help one
another
