Activity 3.3 Involving all

I watched both video clips about "Involving All'. I would like to make a comment on the teacher teaching mathematics in the Primary classes.

The teacher is really talented. I have liked the way he managed the three classes, grades 3, 4 and 5. This shows he prepares well for those classes. His classroom managed is very good. He realizes the importance of using time effectively and use students to help him say distributing material. The issue of collaborative learning is addressed by allowing learners to work in groups.

It was not easy for me to find the three principles of being observant, flexible and building self esteem using the clips. All in all the concept involving all is clear using the clips.
