Activity 3.2 Observing teaching

Most difficult criterion to define: ~ 

According to me, the most difficult one to define is Critical thinking. It is so because:

~ some open-ended questions asked may require simplification for some learners in the class;

~the may be required to set a number of questions for different levels in the class;

~ it may require arranging the in groups of different abilities;

~thinking tasks will need to accommodate varying abilities;

~the teacher must be ready to take on questions from learners which could be of higher knowledge than expected.
