The resource is 'Working with large classes"

One thing I have liked about the resource it is that it is emphasizing the issue of building positive relationship with the learners. Teh relationship that is going to help learners to learn comfortably. Statement no. 3,4 and 5 we find these ideas.

Point 11 is also powerful. It gives the strategies for making learners get motivated in the lesson by applying the notion of "variety is the spice of life."
