What does active teaching and learning looks like. 5) Teacher always stands at the front

To ensure active teaching and learning, the teacher need not stand at the front of the class always as he/she won't be able to recognize attending behaviour by just standing at the front. The teacher needs to move about in the class , ask questions to learners, assist those in need of assistance and also encourage those who needs encouragement so that there would be maximum participation from all learners include those at the back of the class.
