What does active teaching and learning look like. 20) Teachers always ask closed questions with a Yes, No, right or wrong answers.

As a teacher who wants to encourage active teaching and learning in class, this approach shouldn't be encouraged as it would kill creativity in learners. Learners should be asked open ended questions and be allowed to think, share ideas before responding. Asking closed questions would discourage a good number of learners from attempting questions as they would be afraid to fail but when it's left open, they would be bold to attempt as their opinion no matter what wouldn't be totally wrong.
