Kevin approach to teaching shows lack of creativity in teaching and non preparedness. He may also be lacking in mastery of content and lacks confidence. He doesn’t seem to understand strategies for facilitating a learner centered lesson.

The learners were bored, demotivated and there was no meaningful learning.

Kevin should actively engage his learners, encourage dialogue by asking open ended questions based on learners prior knowledge and understanding.
