The Wave Model

The Wave Model proposes that

1.policy-makers,

2. planners, 

3.schools and

 4. communities 

come together to it can promote a greater degree of inclusion in schools and the wider society. 

However the most important aspect is the need for co-operation and linkage when developing policies and adaptations to inclusion in the school system.
