Feeling Excluded: Religious Discrimination

I have been excluded from taking on administrative responsibilities because I teach in a catholic school and I no longer practice that religion.  The current administrator is also progressively limiting my classroom responsibilities and actively seeking to damage my reputation and have me leave the  school.
