1.4 – Introduction to the Wave Model of Intervention

What are your reactions to the model?

Wave One has high quality class teaching. It establishes a firm foundation for ‘all’ children.

Wave Two has additional support to close the attainment gap for some children.

Wave Three targets individualized learning for few children.

In order to improve and enhance learning the Wave Model Intervention which is systematic in enhancing inclusion in education,  has many and varied activities that is child friendly.  The Teacher plans various activities for each individual child – targeting small goals for the disabled, which will encourage children with disabilities to learn and boost their morals by small bits of achievements.
