Activity 2.5 justification for LCE as a policy choice

1. LCE has been promoted as policy and practice because of its historical and global effectiveness in enhancing learning.
2. To me the most convincing argument is narrative number 3. because it encourages among other things, learners to develop 21st century skills for life in the knowledge economy. These include abilities and attributes such as critical thinking independent research and many others.
