Dear Colleagues,

I am in full support of the idea of the model, in that it takes into account the learning needs of all the children in the classroom which requires that all teachers adapt, embrace and seek to hone their ability for the implementation of differentiated work in their classrooms. However, the reality also holds to the fact that not much of a difference can be effected if the entire school staff speak in agreement of such but their supporting actions seem to resist entertaining such ideas/suggestions.
