1.2 Feeling included

I felt included when another teacher who did the same program came to my assistant and shared her knowledge with me. It made me feel good knowing that she saw my struggle and came to me. 

In my previous class, in order to get everyone to participate even the children who might be excluded, I would have called on each student to give an example of what was taught. 

I can implement more group work in that way no one will be excluded. Change my classroom so that learners can provide peer support.
