We are accustomed to what we call chalk and talk from back in the days which is not an effective way of teaching because of children learning style and leaning disabilities.

Presently we as teachers use many strategies and teaching methods and the use of differentiated instructions to cater to the needs of each child.  We are often faced with many different challenges in the classroom from behavioral problems and difficulty in children grasping the concepts. When it comes to Learning Centered Education we often lack resources and materials to help us to make teaching/learning effective.  We also sometimes lack knowledge of effective strategies as well.
