At my country the government's priorities for Education is that each individual is entitled to an education. Well to what I know is that they have a National Resource Center for  Inclusive Education (NaRCIE) where at each district center we have NaRCIE officers who help at the school. They are the one to help teachers if we have cases at school. They do visit and observe students at least per term.

They also have included the a program for special needs students for  National Examination (PSE- Primary School Examination).

The impact is that we need more policies especially for those parents that do not send their children to school and they know they need help. I believe that it would be of great assistance if they can make a policy to have parents take a child with disability to school.

This will then be for each individual to have equitable and moral education.
