Challenges presented by LCE

The major challenges of LCE in my own context includes

1. Minimal preparation for teachers- I'm suggesting an intensive training for the teachers at least 3-6 month to enable the teachers understand and prepare themselves well before the lessons.

2. Lack of teaching materials- A policy needs to be put in place mandating those schools that are practicing or want to practice LCE to provide the necessary teaching materials in order for the teachers to perform their duties well.

3. And lastly Overcrowded and large classes- serious effort should be made on the part of government to set up a policy that will regulate the  number of  pupils/ students in a class so that the teachers can be able to manage their classes.
