Activity 3.8- Supporting Learners with Disabilites

A student came to my school with ADHD. He was the first child to be clinically diagnosed so it was new to us teachers. During a lesson he would start doodling so I would ask him questions based on what we were doing and he would answer correctly and would be praised for the good work. He never liked to write therefore to keep him involved, I would have more oral discussions and pair work which proved that he was learning.
