Questions: 

1. Lessons or training sessions which actively engage learners- in my experience, when the students are actively engaged whether it is discussions, group activities or presentations, the students become more confident in their ability. 

2.Lessons or training sessions which build on prior knowledge and understanding- In my experience, questioning the students helps them to remember past lessons.
