I taught a Grammar lesson on Adjectives. Students were told the definition of an adjective then asked each student to give an example. Some correctly gave an example while others their examples were wrong. 

It reflected LC relationship based on authority - relationships based on mutual respect. I respected each answer given given by each student even though some was wrong but i was able to let the student know in a respectful way.

Which of the criteria for LCE do you think are the most straightforward to implement?

I believe all seven principles are straightforward to implement, but i tend to get challenge with Atmosphere and conduct reflect mutual respect between teachers and learners. I believe that once respect is show, respect will be given.
