4.7 Action planning for inclusive teaching and learning

This course has definitely changed my views when it comes to inclusion because I am now equipped with the various skills and knowledge I need on Inclusive Education. I have learnt that as teachers it is very important to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of all students and that reflection of each lesson is the key to assess what worked and what didn't work. 

I will become more observant and flexible in my teaching as I will now facilitate the needs of all my students, so that they now will feel included and valued. 

I will also make full use of the resource materials available from TESSA when planning my lessons as they will now be more learner - centered.
