4.5 Subject Resources

The resource I would like to use is TESSA for Teachers. 
TESSA resources are designed to help you develop as a teacher. They show you how to convert theory about teaching and learning into practice. The learning outcomes are for you rather than the students. Many teachers using these resources keep a notebook and record what they learnt from trying the activities. This is helpful if you try the activity again because you can reflect on how it went and try to improve. The TESSA units are most effective when teachers work together to plan their lessons and discuss what happens when they try the activities.

 Reflection and collaboration are very important in helping you to become a better teacher.
