Learners Centered Education, as I reflect on this and the readings and look at my own primary school education experiences and my classmates I believe that we were not dumb as the teacher would say. We were not given the opportunity to embrace our own learning. Our policy was to do as the teacher says.  Our ideas were stifle and those that could not see it the teachers way they were the failures. Children love praises it motivates them to to better. So for the little a child do and receive praise it motivates them to excel but when they are talk down to their self-esteem goes way down below and they start believing the negativity you tell them. When a child do something on his/her own with your guidance they feel good. When children take charge of their learning it builds their self esteem, skills, talents etc..  things they never thought they had. Therefore, for a child to be productive and successful the Learners Center Education is the best approach.
