Challenges presented by LCE

If a school will adopt LCE policy the entire staff needs to be onboard to have consistency and to build on what the students have learnt form previous teachers instead of for each year is like starting from scratch with no moving forward  and stifling the students. Working together as a staff especially when it means to make changes to their conventional way of teaching this is very challenging some teachers are set in their own ways and don't embrace changes easily. Especially if the teachers don't have the resources and training needed and on the other hand they would be reluctant to try something new. As teachers we must realize that we all need to work together to mold the little minds we are a family and working together we can share ideas, share the workload etc.. that would make it much easier. LCE is something very good although it has it challenges but if we all work together and come up with activities that would allow the child to embrace his or own learning the child will see the meaning of learning something and would want to come to school. Our education system had adopted the child friendliness school initiative where LCE  was at the center providing children with more hands on activities, experiments, problem solve, real life experience etc... and it was very effective and we see the progress of our little 'slow learners.'  We see our bright students becoming innovative.

The biggest challenge is related to the availability of didactic materials
