Being observant, flexible and focusing on self-esteem

I really appreciate the dictation aspect of this teacher. In this way, learn improve their spelling as can correct one another, they acquire new words, increase their vocabulary, and improve their writing styles.

The teacher also succeeds in including the impaired student in her activities. That's so wonderful!
