Activity 3.3 Involving all in Action

Observant:

Would explain the topic several times to weaker ones to ensure they understood.

Made activities more engaging by using objects well known to students

Flexible:

Using different strategies so that no child is left out of the session

Learning the children’s home language so he could use it in his lessons

The teacher went around the rooms to assist different learners

Self-esteem:

Praises their efforts and gives instant feedback

Encourages the stronger ones to help weaker ones through group work
