Activity 3.5 Minimum Criteria and Learner-Centred Teaching

Part A: Teacher in lower primary Math lesson

  • Lesson was broken up into small tasks and was built on prior knowledge
  • Children worked in groups with a weaker child being paired with a stronger
  • Use of local materials to bring concept of adding across
