The Project Approach is one of ways whereby teaching and learning is implemented in ECCE Centres in my country , because whatever project the children are working required that all children be involved and contribute, it can be by painting, creating a something to finish the project, writing or drawing. During this time, the children work in group and as a team to finish the tasks with the guidance and support of the teacher.
The children also feel highly motivated and actively involved in their own learning at this time, leading them to produce high-quality work and to grow as individuals and collaborators. Because children have different strengths, weaknesses, interests, and backgrounds, they can use their differences to work together, as well as the project provides the opportunity for them to learn from each other and to grow as individuals, therefore, the introvert as well as the extrovert will now be working together because everyone have something to bring to the table to make the project a success.
