3.5 Overview of the Peer Review Process
Here you will engage in a peer review exercise where you will submit your research proposal and review a peer’s submission. This process will help you critically reflect on learning activities and improve your own skills.
This is not a test, and the review you get does not affect your course score. Of course if you do not submit a proposal or a review, you will not have completed all the steps.
The peer review process consists of three key steps:
- Submit your research proposal in the discussion forum.
- Review at least one other submission by replying to a peer’s post and providing constructive feedback.
- Reflect on the feedback received and consider how it can improve your work.
In the next step (3.6), you will find specific instructions on how to submit your research proposal and conduct the review.
