An incredible, in depth course. I, unfortunately, suffer with panic attacks myself and i did not realise how much this free course would help me understand and even give me some tips on panic attacks and how to help with them. I have learned a lot from this course. If you suffer from panic attacks or know someone who does, or if you just want to learn more about panic attacks and anxiety in general, this free course is definetly for you.
While doing this course, i came across this :
"The main thing to remember is not to add to panic with frightening thoughts. Telling yourself that you will be ok, just as you have always been in the past, will definetly help. Try changing 'what if' into 'so what' "
I will be returning to this quote to help me 'calm down' when i find myself getting overwhelmed.
This is defintely a very good course, and it is relatively short and very in depth and infromative!
