Pathways is a project offering support to anyone in Rhondda Cynon Taf who is unsure about what to do next. Whatever your starting point, we have something to support you with learning, training, employability and personal development.


Thinking about what to do next? Pathways can offer support,choice and direction for your future. We are bringing together courses from multiple partners so that you can study what is right for you. You can access flexible and supportive routes, by focussing on specific learning themes.

What is Pathways?

Pathways is a project with partners across Rhondda Cynon Taf coming together to support you and help you decide on your next pathway. We offer support, flexibility and choice on your journey into education, employability, training and / or personal development.

How do I get involved?

  • Pathways events are taking place across Rhondda Cynon Taf. See our full event listing.
  • There is no need to book. Come along and meet with our friendly Pathways Team for further information, advice and guidance.
  • If you find a pathway that is the right fit for you, you will be supported on your next steps.

I’ve been referred through Pathways. What happens next?

  • You will be contacted by the learning organisation within 7-10 working days via your preferred means of contact e.g. telephone or email.
  • The organisation will support with your enrolment and address any queries you might have.
  • Please contact us via wales-partnership.ac.uk if you have any questions at all.

Are there fees for these courses, and can I receive help for these?

You will find the fees on the course websites and can discuss financial support with the relevant partner.

How do I find support?

You can register through the form and the relevant partner will contact you with more information.
