Hybrid working: wellbeing and inclusion

How is your workforce doing? What impact did the post-COVID-19 ‘pivot to online’ and the processes and practices that have followed have on staff wellbeing? This course will explore what workplace wellbeing means in a hybrid working world – whose responsibility it is, the challenges involved in creating and maintaining it, and the benefits it brings to your organisation.

Is your organisation inclusive, diverse and a champion of equal opportunities? EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) is often derided as ‘political correctness gone mad’ or a legal requirements box ticked, but this course emphasises the critical role it plays in achieving a culture of wellbeing, and invites you to consider it as an investment in the most important asset your organisation has: the people who work there.

This course is part of the Supporting hybrid working and digital transformation collection, made possible by the Higher Educational Funding Council for Wales.
