3 Factors affecting the gut microbiome

There are many factors which can affect the diversity and health of the gut microbiome. Some of these factors are non-modifiable, such as our genetics and age. However, other factors affecting the health of our gut microbiomes are modifiable, that is, it is possible to alter the health of our gut microbiomes through lifestyle changes.
