      Global Peacecraft explores ethical diplomacy, human rights, and climate resilience through case studies and simulations, equipping learners with practical skills to build sustainable peace and resilient, just communities worldwide.

  • Course learning outcomes

    By the end of this course, students will be able to articulate core principles of peace, human rights, and global citizenship; analyze case studies from East Timor, Syria, and Sub-Saharan Africa; and evaluate ethical responsibilities in promoting human dignity. They will examine links between climate stress, resource scarcity, and conflict, assess climate adaptation programs, and design strategies integrating sustainability and peacebuilding. Students will critically assess ethical leadership, governance, and participatory decision-making; evaluate technology-driven solutions; reflect on global citizenship; and synthesize interdisciplinary knowledge to develop holistic, actionable interventions. Finally, they will communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
